About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Reimbursement, Health Economics, and Market Access to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that develops and executes strategies to optimize reimbursement, demonstrates the value proposition of medical devices through health economic analyses, and navigates market access challenges. This pivotal role involves collaborating cross-functionally to ensure product access for patients, developing pricing strategies, and supporting government affairs in advocating for policies that align with the company's mission. The Vice President will also be tasked with providing strategic leadership, managing the departmental budget, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.Candidates for this position at The Company should have an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in reimbursement, health economics, market access, or a similar area within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. The role requires a proven track record in developing and executing successful reimbursement and market access strategies, a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems, and expertise in health economic modeling and outcomes research. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment through cross-functional collaboration. Certification or experience in coding processes and M&A experience is also a plus.
