You Are:

A transformation ace with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

+ Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients’ Finance functions.

+ Experience working in Finance Transformation Projects with S4HANA & Fiori Apps (Transactional & Reporting)

+ Conversant with Enterprise Structure, Chart of Accounts, New GL, Parallel Ledgers, Financial Statement Versions (FSV), Foreign Currency Valuations & other related set-up & Functionalities.

+ Conversant with FI-MM & FI-SD integrations (Configurations and End-to-End Scenarios)

+ Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function

+ Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly

+ Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP

+ Analyze technical and functional integration requirements for customized solutions via RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms & Workflows)

+ Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation

+ Guide performance testing & training activities, rolling out a successful module to the user community

+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP FICO and General Ledger (GL) modules

+ Minimum of 2 years experience leading/handling implementations and end-to-end delivery responsibilities (design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and technical architecture)

+ Minimum of 2 years experience creating requirements, design documents, and test scripts.

+ Previous experience with Consulting, Advisory and/or supporting industry

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

+ You have experience working on SAP CFIN/Central Finance & SAP S4HANA Group Reporting

+ You have external client-facing consulting experience

+ You have cross functional expertise wrt integration with other SAP core modules like OTC, Supply chain, etc

+ You have an understanding of SAP Finance integrations with Blackline, Hyperion & other external systems

+ You understand the technology and how it affects their area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
