Job Specifications: Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Rate: $22 per hour (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm with a half-hour lunch
Roles and Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with customers to understand their product service needs, provide updates on repair progress, answer questions, and address concerns.
Assist in performing counter procedures, including answering phones, order entry, tracking, and assisting walk-in customer traffic.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, maintain customer records and databases with up-to-date information, including notes for future reference and analysis.
Assist with sales and service counter duties, including drawing parts from stock, maintaining monetary transactions, and receiving inventories.
Perform shipping and receiving duties, visually inspect goods received, and prepare shipping documents.
Load and unload trucks and operate material handling equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in a customer service position preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy material weighing up to 300 lbs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
