REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish)
Experience coaching people
OSHA 30-Hour Certification
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
1-2 year's experience in the Construction Safety Industry
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Implementation & maintenance of all safety and loss control programs/company policies
Maintain a written safety program, including weekly tool box talks.
Conduct regular safety audits of all projects, including mock OSHA inspections
Confirm that safety management system requirements are established, implemented, and maintained
Completes, records, and maintains employee training and guidance in the area of safety policies
