**Position Description**

Our Warehouse Logistics Coordinator acts as part of a passionate operations team to deliver the highest quality support to our team and customers. They accomplish this goal by utilizing a comprehensive set of tools, systems and processes, while engaging inspired personal communication skills to enhance client experience.

Operations delivery is the culmination point for the hard work of the entire organization. They understand the importance of their unique role and are constantly seeking new ways to make buildings more efficient and craft a more positive relationship with clients.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Provide support to ensure a timely flow of all materials, tools, test equipment, and paperwork to Operations & Projects. This includes purchasing of required materials and outside services to complete the job.

* Handle the incoming and outgoing shipments for jobs and the pulling of any tools or material needed.

* Communicate with Dispatch/Service/Technicians/Projects personnel as necessary for all warehouse related tasks.

* Responsible for keeping the Warehouse, Tool Cage/Area, Yard/Parking Lot, Archives Room, Training Room and all Spare & Projects Vehicles clean and organized.

* Manage Refrigerant, tools and other inventory.

* Manage/Support/Perform vehicle maintenance tasks.

* Oversee storage sites and monthly belt/filter orders.

* Deliver materials for Projects or Operations as needed.

* Other duties as assigned by Service Manager, Operations Manager and Field Supervisors ***.***

**Education/Experience**

* High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

* Must be able to type 50+ words per minute.

**Qualifications**

The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants.

* Customer Service Experience

* Intermediate MS Office and typing skills (50+ WPM)

* Excellent communication skills

* Dependable, organized, and detailed

* PSR Mechanical is a drug free work place. You will be required to adhere to the company screening policy.

**Compensation**

Hourly position, $24-$27/hr depending on experience and/or education.
