At a Glance: The Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and mobilizing top talent for our global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full life-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing effective strategies to identify and hire exceptional candidates. This position will be eligible for remote work with the expectation to attend ad hoc meetings in office as needed. We are open to candidates working remotely from Oklahoma or Texas. #LI-Hybrid What you will do: Partner with leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization;
Identify talent strategies that align with core business strategy for short-term and long-term growth in our Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Digital Operations business sectors
Support the development of a “talent mindset” across the enterprise through instilling trust, developing relationships, educating stakeholders, and being committed to best practices
Collaborate effectively with talent acquisition peers and HR cross-functional partners (Total Rewards, DE&I, HR Operations, HRIS, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, etc.)
Understand internal talent strategy and function as a talent partner to support internal mobility and development for our employees
Establish sourcing strategies, including diversity sourcing, that build strong prospect pools both externally and internally
Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees
Contribute to employer branding strategy, message development, targeted promotions, and communications/marketing optimization
Serve as a mentor and coach for Talent team members
Demonstrate the H&P Way core values through Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, and Teamwork
What you need: Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years talent acquisition, talent management, or equivalent experience
Energy industry experience is a plus but not necessary to be successful in the role
Workday Recruiting experience preferred
Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to work at all levels within a matrixed organization
Ability to quickly make connections, see the bigger picture, and identify key talent drivers that impact business success
Process-driven with keen sense of driving continuous improvements that are value-add to the function and the business overall
Proven track record of metrics-driven talent results
Core understanding of current marketplace and talent acquisition challenges, opportunities
