Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of surety bond clients, providing top-notch service and building strong relationships.
Handle all aspects of surety bond processing, including applications, renewals, and endorsements.
Collaborate with underwriters, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth bond issuance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
