Requested Tasks
Work with the Front of House teams to organize, manage and maintain the reservation system, guest needs and shift needs
Approachable and professional demeanor with guests & team alike - acting as liaise between guests and leadership
Ability to be patient and understanding while handling issues that arise during service, such as seating conflicts, guest complaints, and team member inquiries, with diplomacy and efficiency
Thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, setting the example for other team members, and contributing to overall ambiance & presentation of the restaurant
Lead and train the host team, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Organize and oversee reservations to optimize seating opportunities and guest flow
Act as the liaison for special events, coordinating with guests and restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless execution
