Job Description:
+ Manages small and medium sized projects to completion
+ Manages overall client relationship from initial assessment of client needs, through design concept presentations and final delivery of project
+ Coordinates with internal/external project teams to ensure compliance with design concept and timely completion of documents
+ Works with design and technical teams to shape and understand the design concepts
+ Manages collections for assigned projects with client and informs Finance Manager if there is an issue with timely collections
+ Identifies and pursues new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
+ Will be assigning tasks, overseeing work and providing feedback to staff
+ Will be managing and developing a team of 3 to 5 individuals
Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of materials, furnishings and construction methods related to interior architecture
+ Knowledge of building systems, codes and ADA requirements
+ Experience writing and negotiating contracts for services, consultants and contractors
