As a rapidly growing organization, we are continuously expanding our research services and need a dedicated project manager to oversee our ever-increasing workload. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth execution of research projects, delivering high-quality results to our clients, and driving the overall success of our research services team.

**Things You’ll Do**

+ Efficiently manage multiple research projects, from inception to completion

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives

+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

+ Oversee the execution and quality control of research studies

+ Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders

+ Proactively identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement suitable mitigation strategies

+ Continuously monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary

+ Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management

**What We’re Looking for on Your Resume**

+ Proven experience in project management, preferably in the research services industry

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

+ Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software

+ Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques

+ A drive for continuous improvement and ability to adapt to changing priorities

+ Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)

+ Proficiency in English (written & oral)

+ 1 - 3 years of experience in the SaaS or Market Research industry is preferred
