Thought Leader Liaison- Southeast

The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based LEMS expert position focused on building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at targeted Oncology Centers within assigned geographies and across the country. The TLL will ensure pull-through cross-functional resources as appropriate to facilitate the use of FIRDAPSE. In this role, a successful candidate will work closely with field and home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Medical, Sales, Advocacy and Patient Support. The TLL will drive insights through 1:1 meetings, round tables and advisory boards along with helping to create marketing materials as needed, and pressure testing marketing materials.
Position Location from major cities:Washington DC, Atlanta, Charolette, Miami or Nashville
Responsibilities Work within the regulatory and legal compliance guidelines
Act as LEMS/Oncology primary point of contact and FIRDAPSE expert for targeted oncology/KOL Centers across the country primarily by visiting these centers and interacting with KOLs
Act as the primary liaison between KOLs / Oncology Centers and home office cross-functional teams to help drive marketing insights, manage relationships with thought leaders and shift the paradigm for LEMS screening
Identify profile, cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with targeted oncology centers and KOLs within the oncology community
Lead the development of Key Account / engagement plans for each assigned KOL / oncology Center and update relevant stakeholders quarterly
Execute a customer centric needs-based approach with targeted KOLs
Build advocacy with KOLs using on-label and legal-medical-regulatory (LMR)-approved materials
Assist in the execution of Advisory Boards. This may involve identifying, recommending, and inviting potential advisors, moderators and speakers
Work closely with targeted KOLs to obtain feedback to be considered in the development of Oncology/LEMS Franchise and Brand-related strategies
Attend local, regional and national meetings and professional meetings directly related to oncology/SCLC as directed
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences
Demonstrated leadership skills
A minimum of 7 years of work experience in one or more of the following: field sales, product marketing, or medical / clinical experience in the same or related therapeutic area within the pharmaceutical / biotech industry
Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary. Ground and air travel expected approximately 60% of time.
Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience.
Demonstrated strategic thinking skills
Strong skill sets in both organizational skills and written and verbal communications skill
Project management experience, including superior analytical and planning skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems for customer engagement
Ability to work independently to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of success.
Valid driver's license required
