What you'll do
Guide, direct, and evaluate the work of Support and Implementation management team members
Define and maintain key operational metrics to drive efficient customer success
Collaborate with leadership to understand and optimize business P&L
Liaise with key Product, R&D, and Sales leaders to ensure seamless customer experience
Serve as the primary escalatory point of contact for all customers
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Provide coaching and feedback in regular one on ones with employees
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals set by management
Who you are
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple customer and team related needs at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
Great people skills; ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them
Physical Considerations:
Ability to work in a general office environment
Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed
Travel Considerations:
Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 15%
