Salesforce Cutover Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Cutover Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transition and deployment of Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Cutover Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the cutover activities associated with the implementation and migration of Salesforce systems. Your expertise will be essential in minimizing business disruption and ensuring the successful launch of new Salesforce functionalities.
Responsibilities:
• Cutover Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive cutover strategy in collaboration with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, development, testing, and business units, to ensure a smooth transition during the cutover phase.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the cutover process and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
• Communication: Communicate cutover plans, progress, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders, providing clear updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing and validation of data migration, system functionality, and integrations before and after the cutover, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Contingency Planning: Develop contingency plans and backup procedures to handle unexpected situations and ensure business continuity.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of cutover plans, procedures, and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Cutover Lead or in a similar role within Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, functionalities, and data migration best practices
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex cutover schedules and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
