Our client is seeking a talented UX Designer to join their innovative team and craft exceptional user experiences that captivate and delight. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where problem-solving prowess and independent self-direction are prized. You excel at providing both analytical and creative ideas, transforming sketches into visual and functional design masterpieces.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, develop, and produce complex, functional, and original UX/UI designs for websites, mobile apps, emails, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including in-house agencies, IT, communications, research/testing/analytics, developers, and third-party vendors, to plan and execute user-centric experiences.
Create wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, sketches, and written specifications.
Iterate and refine final visual and interaction designs in close collaboration with developers.
Elicit constructive feedback from stakeholders and translate it into practical and creative design solutions.
Manage workload and schedules for multiple projects simultaneously.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in technology, devices, and digital opportunities, providing insights and recommendations.
Consult with product and technical leads to understand constraints, limitations, and opportunities to push boundaries.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous UX work and design thinking.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative development environment.
Thorough understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
Contract to hire hybrid position, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
