As a Budget Analyst, GS-0560-14, you will serve as a technical authority directing the development and execution of the Agency's annual operating plan. Responsibilities Provides expert technical guidance in the execution of the CMS budgets for the various programs. Provides technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to components on budget request submissions. Serves as primary lead in either developing or assisting Agency components in developing cost allocation methodologies. Interpret, analyze and apply complex regulatory, legislative and administrative guidance pertaining to the execution of budgetary resources and the preparation of a wide variety of budget documents. Serves as budget representative on various workgroups including system development, business process development, accounting, acquisition, cost-allocation, and other ad hoc work groups.
