TikTok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume and enjoy content on TikTok. We are looking for an accomplished product manager to expand the boundaries of TikTok by encouraging building meaningful social connections between users. This is an exciting opportunity for a product manager with passion and curiosity for Social direction to create great impacts.
Responsibilities:
1. Support and drive the growth of TikTok's social business via social expression and interaction.
2. Develop sustainable and iterative product planning. Deeply participate in business process sorting and product design;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX, DA, and R&D to coordinate resources to promote product implementation;
4. Understand the behavior patterns of global users and explore opportunities in social direction.
Qualifications
Requirement
1. BA or above, 3+ years of relevant experience in social/community/creative products is preferred;
2. Have strong enthusiasm and curiosity about social products. Good at discovering user pain points and have the ability to formulate multiple solutions;
3. Outstanding logical thinking ability. Able to describe the product vision, define and dismantle key propositions;
4. Excellent expression and communication skills, be able to judge and manage priorities, and coordinate resources from cross-functional teams with strong project ownership;
5. Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to analyze data and explore the value that informs further decisions;
6. Highly competitive and motivated by results with good cross-cultural understanding.

Job Information:
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $127000 - $235000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
