This high speed role requires a great deal of complex problem-solving across time zones, and tireless entrepreneurial spirit. You will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy for building a secure platform and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities with a minimum of hand-holding. We are largely unencumbered by red tape, but building process is a critical step towards scale - be prepared to build a structure that empowers ongoing, sustainable rapid growth.

The US product team will focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must to solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions. We are looking for an experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar on how we optimize products to drive new and existing user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for improving creator experience, to support creators' success on the platform, and to increase creator publishing and activeness. Build a healthy and prosperous creator ecosystem.

2. Design and execute product strategies and features, on the basis of deeply understanding creator needs, content ecosystem and traffic strategies.

3. Research on content products worldwide, provide insights into creator ecosystem development trends and generate initiatives for creator growth.

4. Collaborate closely with Data, Engineer, Data Science and Operation teams to drive our success.

Qualifications

Requirements

1. Bachelor and above, use English as a working language;

2. 3 years + working experience in internet companies, being insightful in content products worldwide, deep understanding of content ecosystem is a plus;

3. Good at thinking logically, able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals;

4. Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing forward things, being result-oriented;

5. Pocess empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands;

6. Understanding of recommendation system, machine learning and AB test are plus;

7. Good data sense, skillful at SQL is a plus;

8. International experience is a plus.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148000 - $235000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
