**Terms of Employment**
* W2 Contract, 12 Months (Likely Extension / Possible Conversion)
* This position is 100% remote for the foreseeable future. Once deemed safe to be onsite, this individual should be comfortable commuting to Philadelphia, PA 19103.
**Overview**
* The Customer Experience Specialist will be joining the newly formed Customer Experience department within the organization. Currently, there are two Customer Experience Specialists on the team. The goal is to grow this number to six.
* The Customer Experience team is building a Small Business Customer Account team considered the C-Suite for Small Businesses. The Customer Experience Specialist will be helping to build and implement business processes for this initiative. Once in place, the Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for interacting with executives and owners of small businesses over the phone and in-person to keep the stakeholders abreast of ongoing programs within the organization that could be beneficial for their business. Furthermore, the Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for connecting with business organizations and philanthropic entities to socialize to low to moderate income-level customers how ongoing programs within the organization could be beneficial for these customers.
* In these endeavors, there will data analysis involved based on historical performance of programs offered by the organization. Once analysis is performed, presentations will be created and presented to internal leadership in tandem with the Customer Experience Manager to show measurement of the initiatives that are being implemented.
**Required Skills & Experience**
* Bachelors degree and a background in Customer Experience (CX).
* Ability to compile, sort, analyze, and present data so that it can tell a story.
* Excellent presentation skills to include to senior leadership / executives.
* Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with high-level, commercial customers.
* A self-started that is able to think through situations with minimal guidance.
**Preferred Skills & Experience**
* Experience in the utilities industry.
* Direct background in marketing, customer outreach, account management, and/or sales operations.
* Experience in Power BI.
