**Summary **

As an Administrative Analyst, you will support the Administration, Legal Support, and Operations Departments by providing accurate and data-based information on departments’ operational metrics, performance, and trends. You will perform research and analyze financial and operational information to help the department make well-informed decisions, write reports, and monitor financial and operational performance. Duties will include but are not limited to, management reports, annual budget, forecasting, vendor account analysis as well as billing reporting on the firm’s billing timekeepers. You will also perform general administrative and operational data analysis work for the Firm.

**Location**

This position can sit in our Phoenix, Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, Miami, Raleigh, Tampa, Miami, Short Hills, Wilmington, or Washington DC office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Consolidates and analyzes operational, office attendance, statistical and financial data (productivity, operational, office attendance, budgets, monthly billing metrics, demand for services, etc.) taking into account department's goals.

+ Develops data models, conducts benchmarking and processes analysis.

+ Assembles and summarizes data to structure sophisticated reports on operational and financial status and risks.

+ Conducts business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develops forecast models.

+ Assists with the department's preparation of the operating budget (revenue and expense components).

+ Monitors and determines operational and financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.

+ Tracks department's expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget.

+ Plays an active role in department's expense management functions.

+ Gathers and analyzes data, develops reports and charts as necessary.

**Desired Skills**

Experience with statistical analysis and statistical processes. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office software applications. Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills. Working knowledge of general accounting principles and practices. Must have an advanced working knowledge of Excel. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills required to work with a variety of operational, office attendance and financial data.

**Minimum Education**

+ High School or GED

**Preferred Education**

+ 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

**Minimum Years of Experience**

+ 3 years’ experience as an Analyst or similar role.

**Physical Demands**

The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in Washington, D.C., is $77,370 - $115,091 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
