The Company is seeking a Vice President of Design and Research with a strong background in modernizing complex user experiences and a deep commitment to user-centered design principles that drive business success. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic vision to enhance the core survey experience, leading a diverse team of design and research professionals, and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. This role requires the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent, as well as a proven track record in leading the design of products that customers love, with a focus on incremental improvements towards a cohesive vision. The VP will also be expected to use experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to shape the experience strategy and to be a strong advocate for design and research at all levels of the organization.Candidates for the VP of Design and Research position at the company should have experience in leading both design and research teams, and a strong presence in the design community.
