Job Description
As the Order Management (OMS) Senior Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our consulting team and driving excellence in order management practices for our clients. You will be responsible to provide strategic guidance, manage client engagements, and deliver solutions that unlock Omnichannel capabilities for our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of order management consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives
Develop and Industry leading OMS solutions to optimize unlock and optimize Omnichannel capabilities, streamline business processes, drive customer experience improvements and improve overall operational efficiency.
Develop comprehensive roadmap to enable Direct to Consumer, Omnichannel capabilities like BOPIS, Curb Side Pickup, Ship from Store, Last mile fulfillment capabilities for our clients in Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing or High-Tech Industries
Define Omnichannel KPI’s and metrics, strategies to measure and optimize them for our clients
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing Omnichannel, order management systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies.
Oversee the implementation of order management solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in order management and leverage this knowledge to enhance our consulting offerings
