Service Desk Support Specialist (Call Center)

Inceed has partnered with a stellar company to help find a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support across various technical issues via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.

Identify, research, and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure timely resolution.

Document and track issues to facilitate efficient ticket management.

Create and disable network accounts according to established procedures.

Update Microsoft Exchange information based on supplied data.

Work on assigned support tickets and assist in ticket assignment within the team.

Required Qualifications & Experience: ServiceNow experience.

Strong help desk/service desk support experience.

Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in technical support.

Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Proficiency in asking questions to understand user issues and provide effective support.

Comfortable engaging with users primarily over the phone and occasionally in person.
