Responsibilities:
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Open a ticket for support and provide that support once trained
Create new network user accounts per procedure
What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required? Answer call center phones in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
Update Microsoft exchange information per procedure based on information supplied
Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7
What are top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)? Service Now Experience - Service Desk Ticket System
Microsoft, Active Directory,
Highly proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of PHP, XML, SQL, JavaScript Experience

Learning Ability
