Responsibilities Maintain personnel records and processes all personnel actions. Maintain adequate quality-control measure to ensure timely and accurate personnel action processing. Ensure personnel files and records are maintained in accordance with GPO, OPM, and National Archives and Records Administration guidelines. Serve as the agency expert on all aspects of the personnel/payroll system.
