Job Summary:
Seeking a Life Insurance Account Manager to join this fast-paced team! Experience in brokerage life insurance industry is critical for this opportunity. The Life Insurance Account Manager position is challenging and rewarding. This role is responsible for providing superb customer service and maintain a long-lasting relationship with our clients. The position works in tandem with the National Life Practice Manager to provide all aspects of the account service needs to our clients; ensure ongoing consistency as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the account servicing. Our commitment is to provide positive and quality customer service in all areas, ensuring timely delivery, and high accuracy of work/service provided.
Essential Functions:
Maintain and build strong relationships to understand client's life insurance needs.
Ability to interact collaboratively and collegially with colleagues and clients in a professional manner.
Maintain knowledge of our comprehensive range of life insurance products to provide the best recommendations.
Perform any other work as assigned; including but not limited to underwriting, quoting, account servicing, claims etc.
Competencies & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using technology and virtual communication tools.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Education & Experience: 1-3 years' experience in life products and processes
High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
Life and Health license preferred
