Marketing Technology Analyst

The Sr. Marketing Delivery Specialist supports a range of overall Marketing projects with a focus on Marketing Technology initiatives. This position works collaboratively with other Marketing and Technology Departments colleagues to provide cohesive support on initiatives to ensure coordination, effective engagement with resources and high-quality execution of strategic projects and initiatives across various functional areas.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in alignment with the organization’s strategy and priorities
Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
Support development of department goals and plans, while tracking program success and/or suggesting corrective action based on data
Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
Ensure that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards
Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks
Monitor the program activities on a regular basis and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate
Build audiences with support for all Marketing channels such as Website, Email, Mass Media, Paid Search, Paid Social, etc
Analyze, strategize and recommend targeting optimizations based on knowledge of source data, data tables, variables, business rules, standarddefinitions, audience platform tool and channel owner goals/KPI’s
Gather existing/new activity requirements, QA, insource data, generate audience lists and provide audience recommendations to improve activity KPIs, while managing multiple requests at once
Quality control and validation on audience list generation to ensure it meets requirements
Provide overall operational & process efficiencies, for our CDP/audience platform and internal processes
Lead the implementation of technology enhancements, including project management, requirements gathering, desk-side coaching, knowledge transfer (informal training) and documentation
Lead Marketing and organizational projects from conception to execution, including gathering of business requirements, management of process design and development of activities
Develop and maintain project work plans and project schedules
Conducting status meetings and develop status reports
Tracking issues and assist with change control
Responsible for ensuring all actions and functions of the marketing organization abide by the pre-determined business rules and regulations, governing the authority and separation of decision-making abilities across the organization
Work with marketing leadership and governance councils to understand business rules, RACI and processes of the marketing organization
Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and standards
Communications planning and governance updates to the broader organization
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience OR 7 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of technology product offerings and solutions
Proven record of successful project management and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with sales productivity tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company including Senior Leadership
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and conduct primary research
Experience in developing or utilizing strategic sales campaigns
Proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic relationships
Ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment
2 years of experience in eCommerce environments and digital marketing tools (Technology Enablement Only)
3 year working in digital asset management (DAM) or web content management (WCM) system (Technology Enablement Only)
Technology market knowledge and working experience (Technology Enablement Only)
Experience in developing or utilizing social media tools (Social Media Only)
Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with demonstrated negotiation skills and influencing positive outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of CDW Sales organization and Sales process
Experience developing and executing successful social media programs at the enterprise level or for major business organizations that resulted inincreased audience awareness and understanding of the key message(s). (SOCIAL MEDIA ONLY)
Experience with a wide range of multimedia formats for digital/social media, including live video, web, infographics, animation, and short- and long-form written content. (SOCIAL MEDIA ONLY)
