**About the job:**
The scheduler I functions as a liaison between the physicians, patients, office and hospital testing staff in scheduling patient office visits and testing.
**What you will Do:**
+ Communicates pertinent clinical/scheduling information to the physicians, office staff and patients.
+ Coordinates multiple test, procedures and physicians when scheduling cases as well as completes pre-procedure task.
+ Schedules procedures and surgeries following approved Medical Group, hospital and Patient Care Services policies and procedures and educates patients on preparation instructions.
**What we are looking for:**
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Minimum of one year experience working with scheduling or hospital units
