About the role:
As a Salon Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Keeping a clean and organized workspace
Checking in and checking out guests
Booking appointments over phone and email
Responding to emails and voicemails
Assisting with group bookings and inventory management
Ensuring the studio and equipment meet company standards
Confidently processing transactions and cash handling
Assisting with setting up/breaking down technician stations
Understanding our products, services, and retail inventory
Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively use booking and point of sale systems
Strong knowledge of services offered and retail sold
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
