Responsibilities This role involves managing customer product utilization and ensuring successful implementation of CE products
The manager will collaborate with the Customer Success team and Sales Account Managers to establish and strengthen customer relationships
Build and maintain customer relationships, manage expectations, and support success and renewal
Serve as a liaison between CE and customer executive leadership during project planning, execution, implementation, and utilization efforts
Complete executive planning sessions for customer accounts and share best practices
Design workflows, trainings, and deployment plans to meet customer needs
Present findings internally and externally to improve customer success
Lead the execution of comprehensive customer project plans
Track progress and effectiveness of plans, report to customer leadership and internal stakeholders
Oversee customer utilization and analyze usage patterns to identify areas of improvement
Work with customers to re-engineer workflow processes
Partner with marketing on communication planning and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Advise sales team on contract terms and pricing, review implementation scopes, and provide support to customers
