Responsibilities A broad overview of digital and traditional marketing will be implemented with particular focus on application in the hospitality and food & beverage industries
30 % Support traditional and digital marketing initiatives:
Recommend, create, and deploy organic and paid campaigns
Copywriting and design for marketing materials as necessary
Ensure visual and written brand integrity of content for each property
Monitor and report on performance of websites
Facilitate the creation of signage, mock ups, email campaigns, and online promotions as need
Stay abreast of new tools and trends and make recommendations for new initiatives
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, designers, marketers, and web developers to support properties
Monitor and maintain up-to-date content on websites
Curate and publish corporate content and collateral such as ig posts, loyalty campaigns and newsletters
30 % Support social media and online reputation programs:
Manage social media presence for ARG
Coordinate with hiring to assist in amplifying open positions
Create templated designs for onsite managers to post with help of team members
Provide onboarding support
Facilitate social and reputation concept calls
Work with concepts to implement social media content plans
20 % Provide critical analysis of strategies, statistics and demand factors:
Prepare various market research materials
Report on performance of organic and paid campaigns
Research viability of various marketing channels on a property and geographic basis
Monitor and report on social media and reputation management performance for portfolio
Analyze past and present trends and make recommendations for future strategies
20 % Support of administrative marketing tasks:
Maintain and provide access to all relevant digital channels
Maintain meeting minutes for all marketing strategy meetings
Attend periodic Home Office meetings to redirect strategy
