**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives and evaluates existing processes.
+ Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
+ Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
+ Collects system data and on-floor process observation and feedback to identify root cause of problems.
+ Measures performance against process requirements.
+ Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
+ Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
+ May deliver presentations and training courses including System and operations processes.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree required
+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
**Nice to Have**
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP WM, preferably in WM problem solving/troubleshooting

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered complies with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
