Responsibilities You will serve as an advisor and analyst to leadership in all areas of Navy Shore Manpower Requirements Department (SMRD). You will participate in a wide variety of regular and ad hoc assignments pertaining to the planning, validation, and verification of Navy-wide manpower programs, policies, and operations. You will plan production milestones across fiscal year, track completion of studies, and report current status of SMRD program compliance across all Navy shore activities.
