STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Compensation Manager to lead the compensation team and practice. This position is designated as hybrid, where there will be the expectation to be in the office 3 days/week . Preferable offices include Atlanta, GA, Duluth, GA, Orlando, FL, Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, and Houston, TX. The ideal candidate is an experienced and strategic leader, curious learner, effective collaborator, and creative problem solver.
Responsibilities :
Manage the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs based on overall company objectives. This includes: Annual Rewards Cycle (pay changes, promotions, progressions, market adjustments)
Short Term Incentive Plan(s)
Long Term Incentive Plan(s)
Market Pricing and Analysis
Job Structure and Career Model
Compensation Module and Workday Data Architecture
Partner closely with business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to advise on and align compensation decisions, policy interpretation and job evaluations
Design creative solutions to address specific compensation related challenges
Develop the current Compensation Analyst team
Serve as a key member of the Human Resources Leadership Team, developing and driving overall People strategy for STV
Advance the Compensation strategy, aligning programs and policies to deliver best in class results
Leverage tools and technology to simplify and streamline processes, eliminating manual efforts and speeding up processes
Ability to analyze large amounts of data accurately using formulas and tools
Monitor, track, and evaluate program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement
Support a culture of fair and consistent pay practices
Stay up to date on wage compliance and ensure the company remains compliant with local, state, and federal law
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalency
Preferred minimum of five years of relevant experience including people management
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience in project management and change management
Demonstrated experience in program delivery
Proven presentation skills including ability to present complex data in a concise manner
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and shift focus as needed
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred experience with Workday
Compensation Range:
$120,489.00 - $160,652.00
