Supply Data Systems Analyst

IntePros is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Data Systems Analyst to join one of our large clients in the oil & gas industry. The Supply Data Systems Analyst candidate will be responsible for reviewing, approving, and updating supply-related business systems data to support accurate and timely customer invoicing, product trading, scheduling, inventory management, pricing, receipts, and movements. This role involves significant collaboration with various business functional and technical teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the Right Angle System, alongside managing system security, data, interfaces, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Review, approve, and update customer, product, and terminal data structures in supply-related business systems. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer invoicing, product trading, scheduling, inventory, pricing, receipts, and movements.
System Oversight: Oversee commercial transaction processing through system applications such as SAP and Right Angle. Collaborate with business functional and systems technical teams to ensure the Right Angle System meets defined business objectives.
System Security and Processes: Manage Right Angle system security, data, interfaces, and processes to ensure accurate and timely inventories and invoicing for all customers.
Analysis and Testing: Provide analysis, review, and testing for all Right Angle system deployments, enhancements, and user testing.
Collaboration: Work closely with traders, accounting teams, and other departments to ensure data integrity and support business operations. Participate in team-based projects, stepping outside traditional roles to work collaboratively across different areas.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with inventory systems and data management. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in commercial systems (preferably SAP and Right Angle). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience commercial transaction systems. Recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
