Marketing Manager

We are looking for people that recognize the huge value in a brand well built. That are not afraid to do the job in front of them for that day or week as we scale this fascinating business.

Specifically, we want a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that create awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive qualified traffic. You will help us lead initiatives in both paid and organic channels and have an appetite to experiment based on data. In short, we want you to help us build the most valuable household brand in furniture.

It probably goes without saying that you area team player, with both strategic and creative core competencies, who has fun tackling complex problems at scale, and a strong relationship builder who thrives in ascaling business.You should be a rockstar at tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

Develop and manage end to end budget and marketing strategies for brand and acquisition channels, including Digital, CRM, TV, radio, etc.

Set marketing goals and objectives.

Define and track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports to stakeholders.

Create and present a bi-annual marketing plan and strategy.

Use data and reports to make fact-based decisions.

Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Help build and manage a hub and spoke content strategy to accelerate alignment and impact of each piece of content through the customers purchase journey.

Develop partner specific content marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.

Become a key stakeholder in the development and optimization of internal marketing dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Domain Expertise

5+ years of experience in consumer product marketing at consumer internet businesses, including experience leading brand marketing campaigns across TV, radio, etc.

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.

Deep understanding and experience with creating brand strategy in the e-commerce industry.

Demonstrated ability to lead and help execute major advertising campaigns from conception to launch to optimization -- providing insightful campaign analytics.

Nice to have: E-commerce or marketplace experience.

Nice to have: Deep understanding of furniture industry trends and customer needs.

Digital Experience

Experience working within online ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

Solid understanding of testing approaches including A/B tests as well as incrementally tests

Individual Skills

Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and outside-in thinking on best and evolving practices, and ensure the team is constantly at the edge of the newest high potential opportunities or ways of working.

Exceptional problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Leadership & Behaviors

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one-time with very little direction.

Possess a keen eye for design and a strong creative voice.
