Job Overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Swarmia, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new SMB business and supporting existing customer relationships and renewals. By connecting prospects and customers to Swarmia’s value, you will demonstrate how our platform can enhance their engineering teams’ performance. This is a fully remote US-based position, with the expectation to travel domestically and international for company gatherings.

The Opportunity

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will engage with our SMB clients in the US to understand their needs and goals and align Swarmia’s solution to their outcomes. You will host regular client meetings, conduct discovery, demo the product, and create and communicate value to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will also conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities while managing your pipeline to provide feedback and updates to our team.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand project scope, budgets, and timelines

Understand the Swarmia platform, pricing, and customer use cases to host high-level introduction meetings.

Perform virtual product demonstrations to secure new business.

Support trialing prospects

Qualify inbound leads and prospects

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.

Participate in outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.

Utilize sales tools like email, phone, video, Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM for account development.

Provide customer and product feedback to product and management teams.

Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in HubSpot CRM.

Deliver excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.

About You

Curiosity and patience to learn about the industry and become a domain expert.

Ambitious and able to hold yourself accountable for delivering on activity and outcome KPIs.

Ability to learn both “hands-on” and from watching others.

Confident yet receptive to feedback and self-accountability.

2+ years in customer facing sales or customer success role.
