They will leverage their expertise to propel business growth and shape strategies at a professional level.

Responsibilities

+ Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities

+ Building and maintaining enduring, long-term client relationships through regular communication and effective account management practices

+ Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly

+ Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients

+ Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within assigned accounts

+ Providing leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

+ Have a proven track record of successfully managing large key accounts in a similar professional role

+ Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders

+ Be adept at developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve targets

+ Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and industry trends within the Account Management function

+ Be capable of providing leadership and mentorship to junior account management professionals

+ Possess a relevant background in business, marketing, or a related field

+ Have a solid grasp of financial principles and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively

+ Be proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client accounts efficiently
