Primary Assignments:
Spearhead research and development initiatives to enhance existing equipment and processes, driving innovation and efficiency
Perform piping hydraulics calculations, size of related equipment including control valves, pressure valves, heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, ammonia chillers, wastewater treatment plants, and compressors.
Design cutting-edge systems that seamlessly integrate equipment with precise process requirements, pushing the boundaries of possibility
Take the lead in developing intricate heat and material balance or process flow diagrams, laying the foundation for optimized performance and groundbreaking solutions
Champion the development of piping and instrumentation diagrams, along with equipment data sheets, fueling the journey towards engineering excellence
Generate dynamic fabrication and construction work packages, as well as procurement technical specifications, igniting the spark for transformative projects
Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5-10 years of mechanical engineering experience in the manufacturing industry
Proven expertise in navigating design codes and standards such as PIP and ASME
