SUMMARY OF POSITION
An Account Manager for the Maintenance Department assumes responsibility for the success of all accounts—including management of employees, client relationships, materials, equipment, budgets, and more. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for defining objectives, priorities, and deadlines based on client expectations. You work with crews, crew leaders, and other personnel to solve problems and provide excellent service.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively manage client properties to achieve excellent results reflected in overall property appearance while maintaining profitability
Communicate effectively with account managers, arbor managers, enhancement managers, and crew leaders to provide the highest quality service and beautifully maintained properties possible to clients
Meet or exceed budget goals; complete billing and proposals in a timely and successful manner
Hire, train, and develop crew leaders and crew members; manage personnel to achieve efficiency, safety, and productivity goals; complete and review timesheets for accuracy
Ensure all work, individually or by team members, is done in a safe and compliant manner
Monitor accounts receivables on a consistent basis to ensure that all accounts are collected
Exceptional customer service and delivery to all clients—existing or potential, internal and external—by being proactive, building loyalty, solving problems, and following through
Maintain administrative continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Other duties as assigned and needed
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE Account management experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in diverse Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
COMPENSATION We value the longevity of our employees and offer a competitive compensation plan. Salary is commiserate with experience. This is a full-time, in-person, W2 employee position.
