**Description**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the sales team in achieving the key performance metrics as defined by Executive Management by driving sales strategy domestically.
Update and continuously improve the sales process through team and individual plans leveraging CRM
Produce and manage annual forecasts, rolling projections, and travel budgets
Meet Commercial Military financial objectives thru production and management of product forecasting, sales budget, and travel expenditures
Maintain a strong working knowledge of competitors products, services, programs and customer base
Collaborate with marketing to manage resources, market analysis, trade shows, and sales meetings
Communicate effectively, using all mediums, providing timely and accurate information
Closely coordinate with all Brand(s) leadership, domestic work closely with international team providing guidance and product recommendations customers to maximize sales
**Qualifications**
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelors degree in Business or Management or a minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in an outside sales role or combination of education and experience
Military and/or law enforcement familiarity desired
Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience in reading and understanding contracts, data analytics, business periodicals and government regulations
Minimum of six years managing and training personnel
Superb multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
Ability to identify and close sales as required
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
Understanding of retail math and figures such as margins, mark up, discounts, commissions, and percentages
Valid drivers license and U.S. Passport
Ability to travel 50% the time, potential including international travel
