Senior Product Marketing Manager, Business Messaging
Pay Rate: Up to $120 an hour/ DOE
Location: 100% Remote - Must be West Coast based
Duration: 6 Months
Our well-known Technology client is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Business Messaging team. This will be 40 hours a week, 100% remote role. Ideally the Senior Product Marketing Manager will sit in the PST time zone. This role does require speaking and interacting with a team in India, so flexible schedule to meet with this team is required. Additionally, the client is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is more focused on the actual product angle.
Senior Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Lead opportunity assessment, market research, competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, etc. to identify significant long-term opportunities.
Represents the market (including qualitative and quantitative feedback from businesses) internally with Product Management and Engineering.
Influence the product roadmap/direction alongside working cross-functionally with other departments.
Collaborate closely with partner teams to build great product experiences that span a variety of organization lines and address customer needs holistically.
Plan and lead alpha/beta testing to assess Product Market Fit.
Feed insights gathered back into the product roadmap and development lifecycle.
Quarterback comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan across large cross-functional teams.
Develop ideas and actions around growing the product and landing transactions as this role does have these types of inbound transactions.
Product Marketing Manager Qualifications:
BA/BS degree.
MBA preferred.
10+ years' experience in product marketing and/or product + experience in consulting, strategy, or other analytical fields.
Payments or B2B experience preferred but not required.
Experience problem solving, communicating and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and teams across varying levels of seniority.
Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing stakeholders through analysis and customer insights.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results.
