About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Risk and Control Officer to join their MCA Quality Assurance team. This role is pivotal in upholding the integrity of the Manager Control Assessment program, ensuring that the data produced is of the highest quality and can be relied upon by management. The successful candidate will be responsible for challenging and verifying the quality of MCA policies, standards, procedures, and practices, as well as making recommendations to address operational weaknesses. This position demands a professional with a strong background in assurance, and a proactive approach to driving quality and process improvements.As a Business Risk and Control Officer, you will be part of a dynamic, global team within the Central Controls MCA, and will work in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities and expectations can change. Key responsibilities include the execution of enterprise-wide MCA QA reviews, completing QA review scripts, and establishing strong relationships across all lines of defense. The role requires the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and design intelligent solutions to enhance data analytics for MCA QA coverage. The ideal candidate will have a background in controls management, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
