Job description
We're seeking a cornerstone team member to help us expand our newest clinic. This role requires ambition, resourcefulness, flexibility and tenacity. We'll provide the training, resources and guidance for you to help us expand our growing company. We have a robust digital and traditional media-based marketing system in place. You'll act as the general manager handling all issues that arise as well as managing inbound inquiries to schedule and onboard potential patients.

General Manager Function:
Managing the Office
Through oversight of clinic operations, this team member will work closely with our medical professionals assuring that patient needs are met on a daily basis. Everything from keeping supplies in stock to budgeting for marketing and interviewing candidates.
Patient Onboarding Functions:
Scheduling
This role is in charge of reaching out to potential patients about joining the clinic. He/she must effectively communicate our offerings and schedule appointments with our medical providers. This role must walk through each step of our offering with new patients.
Order Processing
After developing a desirable program, this role is in charge of collecting all information relevant to order processing including accurate shipping addresses, payment information, and product details. This role must oversee the delivery of a patient's order by tracking the package and providing product administration explanation after an order has been delivered.
Relationship Management
The main responsibility is establishing and maintaining relationships with our patients as the patient's main point of contact (always referring medical questions to medical provider) and addressing non-medical issues such as shipping, payments and scheduling. Tasks are generated and completed using our systems.
Skills:
A track record of sales success.
Strong computer and technology skills. Experience with B2C sales a plus.
Ability to understand all products and medical treatments provided at the clinic in order to accurately inform patients.
Available and responsive to patients and teammates.
Customer-focus, attention to detail and efficiency in the oversight of multiple projects.
Resourcefulness to find answers and solutions.
Positive attitude and desire to actively suggest and implement ideas for growth.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Respond promptly to all patient inquiries.
Track and maintain proper documentation.
Follow procedures and guidelines.
Maintain ethical behavior at all times.
Achieve consistent sales results.
Periodic travel around Midwest.
This position is not remote, commute should be within 30 minutes driving.
Base salary $55-80k per year plus commissions $10-50k+ per year.
