We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic, growing Brand Partnerships team at DraftKings. As an Account Manager, you will partner with Sales Directors, our Integrated Marketing Team, and other internal stakeholders during the full sales life cycle, facilitating all aspects of brand partnership campaigns. This role includes analysis, planning, research, project management, and brainstorming.

What you’ll do as an Account Manager

Work with our sales and integrated marketing teams to respond to RFPs and manage proposal development.

Recommend contests, ad placements, and branded content ideas to meet client objectives.

Deliver an excellent customer experience to our advertiser and agency partners, focusing on delivering against client objectives and driving account growth.

Lead all campaign-related communication, including kick-off calls, weekly status calls, troubleshooting discussions, and in-person client presentations.

Collaborate with Ad Operations to monitor campaign performance, identify optimizations and proactively upsell incremental recommendations to clients, ensuring campaign delivery and success.

Develop comprehensive post-campaign analysis with learnings and recommendations for future campaigns to drive renewal and account growth.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field.

At least 3 years of digital account management or media planning experience; publisher experience is preferred.

Prior experience working directly with clients in a client services role.

Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate multiple projects and clients.

Strong work ethic and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,000.00 - $114,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
