We're looking for an experienced manager in Medical Device sales to lead a team of direct sales representatives in our Southeast Region to support our growth.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Standardization and continuity throughout the Northwest Region
* Exceed monthly performance standards set by the National Sales Director
* Identify and retain top talent in order to successfully grow sales team
* Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota
* Build strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders), key strategic customers and domestic sales team
* Assistance of development and growth within IDN Systems and GPOs
* Lead and develop team consistent with Calderas C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create)
* Requires a minimum of 60% overnight travel 3 nights per week
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
* Minimum of 2 full years in medical device sales management
* Successful past of navigating the hospital approval process
* Managed at least 5 direct reports
* Must have positive track record of exceeding quota during tenure as a sales rep
* Bachelors degree
**Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
* Consistent track record of achieving quota
* Ability to coach and lead teams through change
* Relentless pursuit of results and EXECUTION
* Roll up sleeves attitude
* Savvy Presentation and communication skills
* Analytical
* Experience in working with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
