Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI or Active TS with T5/SSBI within last two years.
Required Experience and Education:BS degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other engineering related field.
Required Skills:
Develop comprehensive architectural plans and blueprints for systems and infrastructure that meet mission needs and technical requirements.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Collaborate with mission partners, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Design and oversee the integration of new systems and technologies into existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and performance.
Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.
Experience with programming (scripting) languages (i.e. Bash, Python, .Net or Java)
Security+
Experience with Virtual Machines and Type 1 hypervisors, e.g. KVM, ESXi
Experience with Kubernetes/Docker (deploying/troubleshooting apps/containers)
Linux Experience: Proven experience with Linux, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Desired Skills:
Apache open-source products (i.e. NiFi, Kafka, Zookeeper)

Basic Compensation: $130,620 - $195,930
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
