HireArt is helping The Louise Phillips Forbes Team hire a Director of Operations to join its team. This is an extraordinary opportunity for the right person who loves working with people, real estate and thrives on managing the operations of transactions.
In this fast-paced environment, you will provide leadership and services in finance, sales forecasting, sales processes, personnel, marketing (particularly contact management/CRM), and administration so that the team operates at its highest level of productivity
This position will require coming into the client's Manhattan office, but candidates must have access to a computer and reliable internet should the need to work remotely arise.
This position is commission eligible in conjunction with salary on team sales.
NY Real Estate License required
All candidates will be required to show proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination.
As Director Of Operations, You’ll
Manage:
Daily operations of the Business, Team, and Staff.
KPIs, financials, and compliance reporting.
Human resources and recruiting (e.g. recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and motivate).
Contract and documentation management.
Maintain the sales pipeline tracking deadlines with team to ensure consistent and timely follow up.
Ensure the team is on track to meet its financial goals, develop and implement budgets, prepare reports, and assess team performance against business goals.
Advise and initiate actions to motivate the team through incentives and feedback.
Ensure team members have the resources needed to complete their work.
Define and implement processes to grow the sales pipeline (e.g. referral solicitations, open house leads, etc.).
Own process management and documentation for all property listing, sales, and closing activities.
Ensure proper management of the company's shared email inbox on a daily basis.
Requirements
3-5 years of residential real estate sales experience
1-2 years of operations experience
NY Real Estate License
Technologically savvy ideally including experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation systems
