The Company is seeking a Director of Technical Operations to lead and provide technical expertise in the development and maintenance of effective cleaning programs and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing and continuously improving cleaning processes across the company's network of plants and supply chain. This role involves developing and deploying cleaning and sanitation metrics, building and maintaining plant cleaning validation scorecards, and working with quality and operations teams to troubleshoot and implement corrective measures. The Director will also be tasked with providing governance to ensure sanitary and hygienic design standards are met, partnering with various functions to evaluate cleaning processes, and leading training programs to enhance knowledge in cleaning systems.Applicants for the Director of Technical Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the food, pharma, or infant nutrition industry with a focus on sanitation. The role requires in-depth knowledge of clean-in-place cleaning and validation, HACCP, GMPs, and food manufacturing, as well as expertise in sanitary and hygienic design, including 3-A and EHEDG standards. Experience with spray drying and aseptic processing technology is also essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to partner with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record in executing complex projects. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders are a must.
