Who you are

We're seeking a talented individual to join us as Vice President of Sales at doxy.me. This business-critical role will lead, and drive, strategic customer acquisition and expansion efforts globally, with ownership of financial planning and market entry positioning, to further cement doxy.me as a leader in the field of telemedicine.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies aligned with our overarching business objectives, serving as a pivotal driver for doxy.me's future expansion.

Establish and oversee a senior team of direct sales, account management and customer success leaders spanning diverse global geographic regions and customer segments to effectively execute the fiscal year plan and present a unified vision to customers and the market.

Interface with customers across all levels within existing and potential accounts, conducting consultations to comprehensively understand their needs.

Spearhead doxy.me's entry into new territories, assuming overall responsibility for sales execution within these emerging markets.

Identify, nurture, and capitalize on key opportunities to secure high-value deals, acting as an Executive Sponsor for critical customer and prospect relationships while cultivating a robust network of customers, partners, and industry thought leaders.

Collaborate with the finance department to develop precise sales forecasts, manage operational expenses, formulate annual revenue plans, and contribute to the development of annual operating and strategic plans.

Play a pivotal role in the global Go-To-Market leadership team, participating in strategy formulation, planning, compensation structuring, and enhancing team member experience.

Negotiate and finalize customer contracts that align with both doxy.me's and the customer's requirements.

Your skills and experience

Proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably within a technologically complex product landscape, demonstrating expertise in Midmarket and Enterprise sales and consistently surpassing quota and revenue targets.

Extensive understanding of the SaaS business model, particularly within the telehealth/healthtech domain.

Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding into new territories, along with the ability to scale up operations with high-performing teams yielding successful ROI.

Strong aptitude for building relationships with industry subject matter experts and customer executives.

Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving alignment towards common goals and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
