Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for providing a full range of sourcing strategies to fill exempt and non-exempt positions with assigned customer groups. This position requires a service-oriented individual with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced, team environment. The. Recruiter must manage multiple conflicting priorities, demonstrate a high attention to detail and form effective partnerships with MHS leadership, candidates, peers, service providers and academic institutions. Work situations require organization, prioritization, resourcefulness, initiative, persuasiveness and a sense of urgency balanced with discretion and good judgment in decision-making. Areas of responsibility include: defining job requirements; developing recruitment strategies; sourcing qualified internal and external candidates; prescreening; consulting on selection processes; ensuring completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens; ensuring completion of new hire paperwork; maintaining complete, accurate applicant tracking records and serving as an ambassador for MultiCare.
Requirements
BA degree in Human Resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
HR or recruitment certification preferred
Minimum two (2) years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or union setting

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $70,325.00 - $101,192.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
